6.20 pm, he came to the mike, cleared his throat a little, and greeted
everyone who had arrived. He started off by telling that India is the
youngest country in the world, demographically. A la Vijayakanth in
Ramana, he unleashed some statistics - the average age of an Indian is
28, where 70% of the population is less than the age of 35. The average
age of the Chinese is 37, Americans - 38, Europeans - 48 & the
Japanese - 49. He said that it is the young generation which leads to
innovations & underlined the need for good education of the youth
for a corruption-free society.
He started off & chugged along in full-steam on the topic of the day - the 2G scam. he said that it was THE BIGGEST SCAM IN THE WORLD - COMING WITH A LOSS OF 40 BILLION $ ..OR 1,76,000 CRORE...
He started off his first OH-SO-BRILLIANT STATEMENT OF THE DAY -
SOME PEOPLE CANNOT COUNT BEYOND ZERO, LIKE KAPIL SIBAL..:D :D :D ...This instantly got the crowd ROARING with laughter !!! :D WOW !!!!!!!!
